Editorial
What to email about
Corrections. If a fact on the site is wrong, or a citation has rotted, or a number is out of date, please tell us. Include the URL and the specific claim you’re flagging. We aim to acknowledge corrections within a few business days and to publish the fix with a visible “updated” date on the affected page.
Source flags. If a source we cite has been superseded by newer guidance, or a regulation has changed in a way that affects an article’s claims, send us the new authoritative source and we’ll review.
Partnership inquiries. Display-ad and affiliate relationships are governed by the policies described at /how-we-make-money. The site does not accept sponsored content, paid placement in articles, or commercial influence on editorial coverage. Inquiries that don’t fit the published policies generally won’t get a response.
Press. For media or research inquiries, the same address.
What we can’t answer
Specific questions about your transaction, your loan, your property condition, your tax position, your contract, or your local market. We’re an editorial publication; the people licensed to answer those questions are the real estate attorneys, loan officers, CPAs, agents, and inspectors named throughout the site. Each article surfaces the relevant professional and a list of questions worth asking them.
We don’t respond to investment pitches, SEO outreach, link-exchange requests, sponsored-content offers, or guest-post solicitations.
